Soho Serviced offices

D
uring the 1980's the area underwent a transformation to what it is now; predominantly a fashionable district of upmarket restaurants and media offices, with only a small remnant of it's former self now evident in the west.

Because it has so many bars and restaurants, Soho attracts a capacity crowd after work and especially on Friday and Saturday nights, but during the daytime Soho is more about coffee bars and cafes rather than the shops for which the area was once known. The area near Leicester Square is London's Chinatown.

Originally a hunting ground, legend has it that Soho got it's name from hunters crying out ‘So ho!’ as they rode through the fields. The area quickly built up as a destination for the rich, although they left just as quickly when Soho was hit by a cholera outbreak in 1854.

The Golden Square attracts crowds in nice weather, and the slightly greener Soho Square is also a main hot weather spot, especially when there are festivals held there during the summer.

Would your business benefit from a prime Soho location? Of course that depends to a certain extent what your business entails, but there is no dearth of companies out there who offer commercial office space for rent, either as bare rentals or serviced.
