Serviced offices Victoria
| The vital attraction of Victoria as an office location, is Victoria Station itself, which serves the vast commuter belt in the Southern home counties, so anyone contemplating a move would consider this to be a huge Plus.
Given its close proximity to Westminster, Victoria has historically been home to major government departments, however, we have to also consider that some Govt Departments have leased buildings here which they have never used, and these may come onto the market as a job lot, thus helping to keep the office space rentals here lower than they would normally be - for a while.
Background to Victoria
Victoria is a commercial and residential area of inner city London which lies totally within the City of Westminster, and of course, it was named after Queen Victoria. |

| The area is very roughly defined by the streets around, and named after Victoria Station, including Victoria Street, Buckingham Palace Road, Wilton Road, Grosvenor Gardens, and Vauxhall Bridge Road. Victoria is predominantly made up of commercial property, private and social housing, with retail uses along the main streets.
Businesses here seem to thrive, and visitors come en masse, possibly because there is a plethora of budget bed and breakfast hotels nearby. As we are all aware, affordable hotel rooms bring in the visitors like nothing else, and visitors means money for the area because of what they spend.
Give them what they want at the right price and you'll make money! It is a simple equation which has worked from the beginning of time, and the good people of Victoria seem to be getting it right.
But would a transer of your business to this area prove beneficial to you? As it is and without the above happening, rents in Victoria remain lower than in the West End core.
