Victoria is predominantly made up of commercial property, private and social housing, with retail uses along the main streets.

Businesses here seem to thrive, and visitors come en masse, possibly because there is a plethora of budget bed and breakfast hotels nearby. As we are all aware, affordable hotel rooms bring in the visitors like nothing else, and visitors means money for the area because of what they spend.
