Central London serviced offices
|
Central London is difficult to define and is the innermost part of our Capital City. Although there is no officially accepted definition of the area, it is generally understood to include the high density, built up environment, with high land values. There is a very large and increasing daytime rise in population with a concentration of regional, national and international businesses and organisations.

About London
Road distances to London are traditionally measured from a central point at Charing Cross, which is marked by the statue of King Charles I at the junction of the Strand, Whitehall and Cockspur Street, just south of Trafalgar Square.
One could argue that London like any other Capital City, is expensive in all things, and to a certain extent that is completely true as those of us coming up to London for a day or two may be slightly staggered by the cost of everything from a modest restaurant meal to the overnight stay in a reasonable hotel. We have to eat and we have to sleep somewhere, and because it is unfamiliar territory to a great many we tend to compare, perhaps unfairly, the prices in Central London with those we are used to back home. |

Londoners are not so cost concious it seems, and that may well because their earnings are far higher than those from outside the capital, but they have higher expenses to cope with as well, especially in terms of mortgages, so at the end of the day they are not so well off after all.
The big spenders are traditionally from overseas, and although it would be a fallacy to say that they keep the City afloat, their contribution is huge and very, very welcome.
So, would it benefit you and your business to transfer to a Central London base? Well only you can decide that but fortunately you can very easily come by professional advice about all the London boroughs to see what they have to offer you in terms of help in researching your specific needs, and comparing costs of office space and the associated benefits of each area so that you are in a position to make a fully informed decision.
