South Molton Street Office Space

About the Area

South Molton Street is a road located in the Mayfair area of the city of London. It extends from Oxford Street all the way to Brook Street. The history of the street dates back all the way to the 18th century, when it was a part of the so-called Conduit Mead Estate. By approximately 1900, the street was, however, almost thoroughly rebuilt - yet a good number of the early Georgian houses still stand intact on this lane. Today, the street is better known as your ordinary pedestrian precinct, where a lot of traffic is disallowed and only people on foot can come and go freely. It's littered with shops that retail women's jewellery and fashion.

Grosvenor Square is a huge garden square that is the central property of the Duke of Westminster. Cavendish Square is a public location in London's West End, and it features many historical locations. Finally, Hanover Square is, by contrast, a square where you'll find a lot of offices and company headquarters.
